#STEP 2 Article 2
How to design Teambuilding activities and highlight them according to the chosen objectives.
In this article we will tell you 6 things to consider when designing activities for a successful indoor and outdoor TeamBuilding.
- First of all, you need to know how many people will be attending this event, how many are female and how many are male. You need to know what their common passions are and how active or inactive they are. These things will help you figure out what kind of activities suit you (more active, sporty or more static) and how many teams you can divide them into.
- Check with the team members you are working with for this event to see what activities or games they have done in the past, or if there are people who have been to other teambuilding events and can tell you about certain games they really enjoyed, so you can get inspired.
- Depending on the chosen theme and the name of the event that we told you about in the previous article “STEP1-ART 1 TOP 6 ASPECTS TO CONSIDER WHEN ORGANIZING A TEAMBUILDING“ÂÂ You can start developing activities that derive from this theme. Do logic and communication activities, both indoor and outdoor (see here some ideas for activities). “Indoor and outdoor TeamBuilding activities“)
- Imagine how each activity and game you think of will unfold, make sense of it, and make sure you haven't missed anything. Write down for each activity what materials you need and how much it will cost you so you can estimate the budget at the end, the manager will definitely ask you 😉
- The activities must be both serious and funny, blend perfectly, not be boring but also not lose sight of the objectives you are pursuing (efficient communication, getting to know the members as well as possible, attachment to the company, developing new friendships, teamwork)
- The chosen activities must necessarily reflect the team's values, based on which they can also create a slogan and an identity that represents them as a team, etc.
We hope you find it useful and we look forward to your feedback!
In the next article #Step 3Â –Â Article 3 We will tell you how to choose the right location and what are the 6 most important aspects to look at when choosing the area, hotel, or guesthouse where you want to go for this successful teambuilding.
Don't forget: Work as a Team and have Fun!
