Organizing aTeam Buildingis always a challenge for us. Why? Because we want to adapt as best as possible to the group so that they feel good, but also return to work with a valuable message.
Each group is different in terms of dynamics,relationships between colleagues or departments, the expectations set, the desire to get involved and the purposes for which they are there. The challenge comes from trying to bring them together so that they have fun, get involved in activities together and adapt to each other.
One of the eventstook place this timeTO Hummingbird, Bistrita, in the middle of winter, a gorgeous area regardless of the season, at a distance of 2.30 hours from Cluj, Sibiu.
With a team of 90 participants, meaning 90 different personalities and expectations. Of course we started the activities from the first evening, and how could we start otherwise than with a fun activity?!
""The Surprise Box" was the activity we relied on at the opening and we were not wrong. The questions and challenges that the participants asked themselves tested their creativity, amused them, got over the emotions of exposing themselves in front of their colleagues, they opened up and shared lesser-known things about themselves.
The next day started with a refreshing activity in the snow, where there was no shortage of music and fun. Once everyone woke up and had their dose of good cheer, we moved on to two other original activities.team identity and creativity.
Allteam building activities that we have organized are customized to the client team, because we are one of the onlycompanies organizing team building activities in which accredited and experienced trainers are present in the areas of communication, leadership, motivation and personnel evaluation.
These activities involvedteamwork randomly chosen, they involved fun elements, but above all they encouraged them to get to know each other beyond the conventions, stress and division imposed by the daily work routine. The activity had as its objectives facilitating interaction, encouraging collaboration and teamwork in order to achieve a common goal.
Extreme volleyball, one of the most popular activities, surprised and delighted everyone. The snow and the spectacular landscape amplified the well-being and energy brought by this game.
We ended the series of activities with the "Company Mascot" and we did not do this by chance, but we aimed to remind them that thanks to the company they work for, so many different personalities and generations have found each other, and that regardless of the obstacles they face, they are united by the same identity and a common goal that only united can achieve. At the end, we all relaxed and had fun with a flashmob, followed by a karaoke contest.
We believe that the team building offered was one that achieved its goal. The feedback received encouraged us to believe this. Based on them, we can say that the ingredients of a successful team building are: diversity of activities, organization, adapting the pace according to the team, choosing a customized program that meets the needs of the company, a professional team of well-prepared and trained trainers, all complemented by a suitable location and welcoming hosts.(Fisherman-Colibita Guesthouse).
